    Description
This module is ideally suited to adding knock sensing to your project. This is a knock detection module which can detect a percussion based event to Trigger a switch like response. This allows you to replace those mechanical switches that have been holding back your project all this time with something a little more violent.
The sensor itself has a light spring that is held from one end. The opposite end is suspended above a large contact plate. When a knock event occurs the spring moves within its casing and hits the plate. This completes the circuit allowing a small amount of current to pass. This can then be picked up by a microcontroller as a Trigger event.
