INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders ship using eBay's Global Shipping Program. At the moment, we only ship to select countries using this program. We only sell factory new parts, no exceptions. Occasionally, an item is defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit. Stuff happens, but when it does, we'll take care of you. Contact us right away and we'll get you a prepaid label, schedule a pickup, and get a replacement sent right out.
