This sale is for the parts needed to do a water pump impeller replacement with all original parts from Mercury Marine. Mercury Marine does not offer an impeller repair kit only the whole kit and caboodle water pump for big bucks.  So we put these kits together for our own service shop and are now offering this kit to the public.
99% of the time the stainless steel housing (not included) is fine and does not require replacing when doing and impeller job. Includes the basic parts that come with water pump kit number 812966A12 but not the main housing or lower pump base. What you see is what you get.  Below is list of engine serial numbers that
