Here is a pair of used Shimano XTR SL-M952 shifter pods. 3 speed front and 9 speed rear. Both pods shift crisply. The left shifter is missing its gear indicator and has a piece of electrical tape covering the mount hole—does not affect shifter usability. Cosmetic wear marks on shifter bodies shown in photos
